Product Request Form

NOTICE: We are not accepting Prismatic Evolution requests at the moment, if/when more becomes available we will make a seperate pre order form for it at that time. Thanks for your understanding, and keep an eye out for the new form if/when more becomes available!

Use this form to request products that we don’t typically carry, or don't have in stock at the moment. You may also use this form as a pre order form for anything that we don't have a specific pre order form for, and we will treat it as one! We will keep you updated with emails regarding the status of your product request, so make sure to input your email correctly, and keep an eye on your inbox for status reports! Keep in mind that a pre-order does not guarantee you the products requested, as certain products are limited by our distributors. However, we try our best to make sure everyone gets as much of their order as possible whenever possible. Also note, this form is not for Trading Card Singles.
